We needed to have a pool table moved from our old home in Glendale, to our new home in Peoria. When the pool table was being set up, Bill showed us our old table had damage on one of the legs and explained he could set it up, but it would cost us more for the repair than the pool table was worth (the table was 20 years old and a lower end model). He discounted the fee for us, even though he did not have to. He did not pressure us at all to buy a new table, he was simply stating facts. The pool table had been in our garage for years and the Arizona dry rot took effect. I asked about new pool tables and he mentioned they have them for sale (again no pressure). Onew new pool table and a table top video game later, we are very happy with the service. They came on time, answered any questions in a timely manner and overall did a great job! I highly recommend them!
